July 01, 2020:
Aquatic gloves can help you develop a powerful stroke and admirable arm strength — as long as you can find those that fit correctly and use them properly. To make this task easier, we've selected models that come in a range of sizes and with various features, so there's something for everyone. But when it comes to usability that is excellent for most swimmers, the Speedo Aqua Fit still come out on top. The wrist adjusts easily, they come in several colors, and they shouldn't feel scratchy or uncomfortable. We added the Tagvo Resistance as a close second; these are also offered in several colors and are appropriately priced given their simplicity. And speaking of simple, the Aqua Sphere Webbed and Harryshell Fins are also useful, budget-friendly options to consider, as long as you don't mind that they come only in blue.
For something a little different, we added the Aqua Sphere Aqua X GT. They resemble hand paddles, but aren't made from hard plastic as paddles usually are, which allows them to offer flexibility along with great resistance. Or, for another option that covers the entire hand, there's the Darkfin Power. Incredibly lightweight, they boast a thin latex and come in more sizes than most choices. You'll want to treat them carefully, however, as the material tends to be a little more delicate than a strong neoprene.
