Editor's Notes
September 02, 2020:
In selecting our compression masks, we looked for items that could address several ailments that plague the eyes and face, so that users could get a variety of benefits from our picks. Comfort was also a top priority, since we think the process of healing shouldn't be unpleasant.
The Orion Weighted Stress Reducer and the Kimkoo Moist Heat earned spots on the list because of their ultra-plush fabrics, which provides their own soothing stimulation, in addition to the compression. We removed the Zorelle Pillow to make room for the Huggaroo Sinus Wrap. While they are similar products, both with particularly soft covers, we like that the Huggaroo Sinus Wrap has thick straps all the way around, providing a little extra pressure.
We liked the versatility of the Asutra Meditation, with its pouches of flaxseed and lavender buds, that you can choose to put in the mask, or leave out. The lavender flowers stuffed inside of the LotFancy Aromatherapy prove to put off an odor that is so overpowering, it ceases to be soothing, so we eliminated it during this update.
Those looking for a sleep mask with extra benefits may like the Brownmed Imak and the Mavogel Soothing, both of which block out light very well. The advanced Renpho Eye Massager has several modes, one of which is specifically to help you doze off.
