The 10 Best DJ Lights
Editor's Notes
February 04, 2021:
While the Kingtop Disco and Kingbo UV Blacklights were both dethroned due to availability issues, we were quick to replace our fallen selections with two great new options.
Our first new addition, the Bsyun Black 2, consolidates eight LED panels and four lasers into a single housing, and as a collective the ensemble can put on quite a show. It’s also equipped with the same basic features you’d expect from competitive offerings in this category, like a lockable pivoting bracket, internal cooling fan and metal housing.
Our second pick this time around, the Anear Party Lights, caught our attention with its affordable price and enticing selection of 120, eye-catching patterns, but earned its spot on our list with its 200,000-hour rated service life and built-in rechargeable battery, both being standout qualities. It charges via USB, and can run for five hours on a single charge.
Now that you’ve got your lighting situation all sorted out, all you need to do is cruise through our rankings for DJ booths, DJ controllers, fog machines and bubble machines, and you should be ready to party!

Whether you’re playing DJ for a wedding, graduation, or an informal house party, you’re sure to please your crowd when your music is accompanied by a lively light show. The 3 Chauvet selections that made our list are from a reputable brand that’s known for its durable products that produce eye-catching visual effects. For a highly versatile choice, consider the DragonX 4 Bar, with lamps that can be either placed on the included tripod stand or set on the ground and tilted upwards. And our list wouldn’t be complete without a reliable set of blacklights that offer a wide variety of uses, and the Kingbo UV provides just that, with 28 bright LED bulbs that boast an extra-long lifespan. Always exercise proper caution with lasers and flashing strobes, and children using them should be supervised by an adult.
