Editor's Notes

April 14, 2020:

After some consideration, we have opted to remove the Rtic Cooler, because for the cost, it struggles to compete with the very similar Yeti Rambler Colster. The latter comes in more colors and, to most, seems more user friendly overall, making it the better option. For a budget-friendly alternative to the Yeti, there's the Thermos Insulator, a simple sweat-proof model that's relatively sturdy. Or, if you're looking for something just a bit different, there's the BrüMate Hopsulator Trio, which is compatible with both 16 and 12 ounce cans. Not only that, but it can function as a pint glass for hot and cold beverages, so it is truly a versatile choice. We also added The Standard 2.0 by BottleKeeper. Its cap can come in handy, but some find it to be more trouble than it's worth.

For those who'd prefer a non-metal choice, we kept the QualityPerfection Premium. They're inexpensive, simple, and easy to use, and if you're so inclined, they can be decorated for an event or just to suit your tastes. If these are too plain, there's the CM Slim, which hold 12-ounce slim cans, and the Avery Barn Funny for bottles. These, as well as the Supercoolies Collapsible, don't tend to be as sturdy as metal alternatives, but they're also lighter and more compact.
