The 6 Best Nitrogen Flow Meters
Editor's Notes
April 12, 2019:
One of the most important things to think about while you're doing your research is whether you want a basic gauge, a floating ball, or both. The gauge is more accurate, and is likely something you're already used to. The ball, on the other hand, makes it much easier to immediately see whether gas is moving through the line, even if you may not know exactly how much is flowing at the time. Obviously, a unit with both gives you the best of both worlds, but you'll likely pay more for the privilege, and you may find yourself only using one of them anyway.
Also, you should consider whether you're going to pair your indicator with a regulator, and if so, whether you want a hybrid model. We're fans of the Western Enterprises VN-500, as it's versatile in addition to being easily portable and extremely durable.
