The 10 Best Projector Lights
Editor's Notes

Replaced the Soaiy Soothing with a newer model from the company, the Soaiy Aurora, which features a sleeker, more compact design and connects to music via bluetooth rather than an aux cable. Removed the Philips Star Wars due to availability concerns and added the Projectables Mandalorian, a nightlight that doesn't take up space on a bedside table and is also available in a version that features characters from the original Star Wars films.
Removed the Auxiwa Landscape and CroLED Holiday, which didn't offer users many options, and added the Ledmall Laser, which has 8 built-in patterns that can be displayed in red, blue, green, or any combination thereof. Note that you should never look directly into the beam of any laser, as it can cause eye damage.
The DeepLee Mini stands out for being an actual projector, rather than a traditional "projector light" but is a good option for creating fully customizable ambiance and can also be used to have a kids' movie night. Its image quality won't impress adults, but its friendly appearance and small size make it a good choice for children. The OTTFF Disco is a lightbulb rather than a complete fixture. It can be added to any lamp, or even a porch light or ceiling fixture, to bring party lights to any setting.
Outdoor options like the Acetek Holiday and Ledmall Laser can help expand your Christmas light display or light up the garden for a party. Indoor displays like the Blisslights Nebula can create ambiance at night for date nights or parties. And models meant specifically for kids like the Moredig Bedroom and JBonest Nursery can fill your little one's bedroom with colorful characters, from carousel horses to underwater animals.

These units really fall into two distinct categories: those meant for outdoor use as an alternative to traditional strand lights, and those used inside as a nightlight or mood setter. If looking for the former, you should get a unit that can withstand temperatures and has a remote; some options have many interchangeable slides and automatic timers as well. If looking for an indoor model, it's really all about how good the images look when projected, since you'll bee seeing them much more up close.
