Editor's Notes

October 28, 2019:

Added the Trailer Tug - like many of the models available, it has a very simple and straightforward design (essentially, a metal frame with casters and a handle) that is difficult to scoff at. It does mean that it is a robust piece of equipment that allows a single person to easily move a trailer.

The Tow Tuff TMD-800C is one of the most affordable models but it has excellent balance (to prevent tip overs). Its weight capacity is not as high as some, but realistically, 800 pounds is plenty for most trailer moving jobs given that the trailer is only responsible for about a third (or less) of the weight of the trailer.
