The 8 Best 2 Person SUPs

Updated April 04, 2019 by Daniel Imperiale

This wiki has been updated 17 times since it was first published in March of 2019. For some, the health benefits of riding a stand-up paddle board are doubled by the meditative experience of being out on the water all by yourself. Others, however, see the opportunity to spend quality time with friends, family, and even pets. That's where the 2-person SUPs on our list come in. They're a little bigger than usual and capable of supporting multiple riders. When users buy our independently chosen editorial choices, we may earn commissions to help fund the Wiki. Editor's Notes

April 01, 2019:

A lot of the SUPs on the market that are intended for use by more than one person are built to carry at least two riders at a time, so we wanted to provide a list that included models capable of ferrying three and four people at once where possible. That made maximum weight an important trait, and the 1,050 pounds supported by the Big Isle at number one is a great example of this kind of performance. Other models might boast comparable capacities, but might suffer from ancillary deficiencies, like the long inflation time on the Driftwood Party Barge.
