Pumps are available in manual and electric models, and the prices vary accordingly. However, both styles are affordable for even smaller budgets, so choose the kind that best fits your inflation needs.

Manual pumps are often dual-action options, meaning that they inflate balloons when you push and pull the pump, which makes inflating go faster. These kinds of options are very budget-friendly, and they can often be used by children. They are also quite small in size, making it easy to take them on-the-go.

The Rastival Premium is a dual-action model, and it also has one of the largest air capacities available in a manual model, so it fills balloons quickly and with less pumps. The Waliki Hand Pump is also dual-action, and it is easier for kids to use than the Rastival, so it may be the best option if you want one specifically for your children to operate.
