Birds are beautiful, majestic creatures, and watching them flitter about your backyard can be incredibly soothing — until you go outside and see the mess they left behind, that is. Considered ultrasonic options, but upon deeper inspection, found that many operate at frequencies that birds can't even detect, and so they have little effect. Among the selections that made the cut, a preference was shown for those that created the most distraction.
