The 10 Best Diaper Bags For Men

Updated April 18, 2020 by Daniel Imperiale

This wiki has been updated 24 times since it was first published in March of 2018. Being a stellar father doesn't have to mean toting around items covered in yellow ducks and pink ribbons. We found diaper bags designed specifically for men that come in numerous styles, and will make the dirty, tricky job of tending to a baby who needs changing a little easier and tidier. They're ranked here by their organizational capabilities, carrying capacity, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. When users buy our independently chosen editorial selections, we may earn commissions to help fund the Wiki. Vianetic Backpack With a total capacity of 20 liters, this model can cart around a surprising amount of baby essentials. It comes with a useful pull-out organizer for small items, and boasts a dedicated laptop compartment that can protect computers up to 15 inches in size. Its dark mica finish definitely has a masculine air to it, but it's a pretty pricey option. thevianetic.com

Twelve Little Courage The nylon exterior and PVC interior of this model have been coated for water-resistance, so any formula or coffee you spill on it when rushing out the door shouldn't do too much damage. It's a smart choice for moms and dads alike, in a deep shade of olive green that can look glamorous with the right dress or pair well with a military aesthetic. twelvelittle.com

Editor's Notes

April 16, 2020:

Military themes seem like an easy way to go for most men looking to beef up their diaper bag game, but unfortunately it seems the camouflage Lillian Rose model from our last list is no longer offered by the company. Fortunately, we found the Lillian Rose Building The Foundation to replace it, which is essentially a tool bag in form if not function, with added features that a new father is sure to appreciate, specifically its numerous pockets.

We also sent off the Ferlin Large, which had a few too many durability issues. You might get through the rearing of one child with it if you don't go out too much, but we prefer to include models like the Tactical Baby Gear Deuce, which is supremely durable and should last long enough to be used with multiple children. The one issue with that model, though, it that its insulated bottle holders are sold separately, which might not be a problem if you can just grab them from mom's diaper bag, but it could be important if it's the only bag in the house.

Of course, some dads want to flex their style and not just fly under the radar or have something funny on their shoulder, so we added a pair of fancier models in our special honors section. It might be safer to describe them as unisex rather than male-oriented, but they should fit the bill for any proud papa out there.
