Editor's Notes

August 29, 2019:

The dispensation of formula has gotten significantly more high-tech in recent years, spurned on no doubt by the popularity of Keurig coffee brewers and all-in-one espresso machines. One of these, the Gerber Babynes, has actually been removed from our list due to availability concerns, as well as the fact that it relied on pods the way Keurigs do, which severely limited users' options when it came to choosing a formula. Other machines offer users their choice of formula, which is incredibly important to parents. The best among them offer adjustable stages to accommodate a variety of bottle types, integrated water filtration to clean tap water as much as possible, and large hoppers capable of hygienically storing powdered formula.

That said, there are still some excellent options designed simply to store pre-portioned amounts of formula, or even to mix formula effectively, as is the case with the Dr. Brown Mixing Pitcher. There's also a fine option that can store formula, snacks, and more, stacked in a secure tower that's portable and easy to clean.
