September 30, 2020:
Noted that the Title Heavybag can hold bags weighing up to 200 pounds. We also mentioned that the Yes4All Steel includes a chain with four steel hooks for attaching the punching bag; the hanger can swivel 360 degrees, allowing the chain to turn from side to side without any tangling occuring. Highlighted the ability of the Firstlaw Fitness Punch to roll smoothly along the beam — users really appreciate this feature, which allows them to set up temporary training areas in the basement quickly and easily.
Stationary mounts tend to be pretty similar in design: they’re usually made with steel and attach to the beam using a bolt. They do, however, vary in size — some only have an inch or two of adjustability (making them compatible with only beams of certain widths), while others can be adjusted to work with a wider variety of beams.
Some sliding models are adjustable as well (the ProMountings IB-2100 is compatible with beams from 3.5 to 10 inches thick), while others are available in a variety of sizes, which means you’ll have to be sure about the width of your I-beam before you purchase the mount.

Though some users indicated that the Title Heavybag tends to shift around on the beam, the issue appears simple to address with some extra reinforcement. Both the Firstlaw Fitness Punch and ProMountings Wide have the ability to slide back and forth on the beam, which makes them highly versatile.
