When evaluating lice elimination kits we favored the products that did not include pesticides as most parents are unwilling to use them.

We did include the Rid Complete on the list for difficult cases, because the pesticide ingredients are considered safe by the FDA and this treatment is still recommended by some healthcare officials. The Head Hunters Natural took the top spot for it effectiveness as well as being gentle on the hair and coming in a large economical 32 ounce bottle.
