There are many methods of heating water in residential and commercial buildings. From large tanks that supply the entire property to tankless heaters that only heat water as needed. These mini-tank options have the benefit of storing hot water as close as possible to the point of service, which, depending on its size can provide piping hot water to your washroom, bathroom, or kitchen. They utilize a thermostatically-controlled heating element and can usually be plugged directly into a power outlet.
Smaller heaters, such as the FVSTR Smart Water Heater, the Funwill Household, and the Biselong Hot Water Heater are compact enough to be installed in a vanity unit or under a sink, however, they have a low water capacity and are best suited for washing hands. The latter can be used with a 110 Volt power supply making it suitable for use in an RV, too.
