The 10 Best Pilates Rings
Editor's Notes
October 03, 2020:
A pilates ring is a simple device, but when used correctly, it offers plenty of ways to tone up, just like a good set of exercise bands. Some rings can snap when put under too much pressure, however, so you should check your ring for damage before each use, and always follow all safety directions that come with it.
With that said, the Stott Circle Pro remains in the top spot. Even though it's a bit pricey, it's made to withstand heavy use, whether that's in your home or the studio. Not only that, but its grips contain no latex and are comfortable enough for daily training. It comes in three colors, so unlike the Stamina AeroPilates Magic or the Incline Fit Firm, you aren't stuck with black as the only option.
For beginners, we added the Mantra Sports Fitness on the strength not only of its ring, but also thanks to the included guide. This provides exercises in three difficulty levels, and measures about 23 by 33 inches, making it large enough for hanging on the wall. Newbies may also like the Yoga Evo Set or the Manli Pilates Set, since they offer a great bang for your buck by including additional equipment along with a ring. In fact, the latter even comes with yoga socks, although they probably won't fit users with very big feet.

Robust materials were a must in our rings since, the stronger they are, the stronger they'll make the user over time. We also made sure our selections avoided the usual pitfalls of these items, like hard, sharp edges that can irritate users or slippery grips that make people lose their position often. Our choices have none of those problems and should last you through years of progressing in your Pilates practice.
