The Importance Of A Good Night’s Rest

It may sound counterintuitive to think that you can burn more calories by sleeping longer, but that extra sleep vastly reduces the amount of cortisol in your system.

We are all told from a pretty young age about how important it is to get a good night's sleep. Yet, the vast majority of us fail to heed that advice.
