Without a doubt, the VRURC Tinkux, WiseLime U, and 786 Innovations U are the most secure options, as U locks have long been touted as being nearly impossible to break. The downside is that they are bulky to carry and generally limited in versatility. Since the SZHSR 3.0 and Bio-key TouchLock are essentially just smart padlocks, you can use them on almost anything, but you'll need to buy a chain in order to secure your bike with one of them.
