When learning a new language it's important to furnish yourself with an array of teaching resources, and a textbook is a critical part of that. Not everyone learns in the same way or has the same goals, though, so we arranged a list with comprehensive selections (such as Living Language Complete Edition) and primers for beginners who are heading abroad or who need a simple grounding in the subject (See It & Say It and Dover Guides Easy). Further to that logic, we also included the first versions in a series of programs meant to guide you to fluency, such as Easy Spanish Step-By-Step and Short Stories Volume One. Living Language Complete Edition gained the number one spot because it incorporates reading, writing, and audio, is a great value for money, and takes students from beginner to advanced.
