Coming in at #1 is Michelle Tillis Lederman. A graduate of Lehigh University and Columbia Business School, this New Jersey-based author focuses her work on communication, leadership, and coaching. She worked in the finance industry and as a professor at NYU before launching her own training company, Executive Essentials, which aims to help individuals and organizations excel professionally.
