Editor's Notes

February 19, 2019:

We evaluated a variety of kits and made an effort to include something for every age from kindergarten to adults. The top spots went to two choices that run that gamut. The Snap Circuits SC-300 took the top spot because it will appeal to a wide range of children and can be done with minimal supervision, and the Elegoo Mega 2560 is second because it is so complex and geared toward a more advanced student.
