The 10 Best Farmer's Walk Handles
This wiki has been updated 17 times since it was first published in October of 2018. Long an exercise of those training for Strong Man and other bodybuilding competitions, the farmer's walk has largely been ignored by the wider gym-going community. This is too bad, considering the many benefits it offers. It is one of the few workouts that provides total-body conditioning and strength gains that transfer over into real-world applications. When identifying the best farmer's walk bars we put a lot of precedence on build quality and weight bearing capacity. Any bar that cannot accommodate its stated weight limit becomes a safety hazard in the gym, so we did our best to avoid any models that could potentially bend under loads.
