Several types of fruit pickers are available depending on what your priorities are for harvesting. For those of you who are not handy or just don't want to deal with tools, we included the Eversprout Twist-on and the Hanziup Catcher because their baskets twist onto the pole and the Watele Basket which uses wingnuts that can be twisted by hand.

For devices that can handle larger fruits, the Fly Hawk Tool with its extra-large basket or the Mocohana Harvest with its almost 9-inch-deep bag are good choices. You may want to harvest fruits one at a time if you have trees with dense branches because a basket style picker can get stuck in between branches. If you prefer to prune thick branches, try a telescoping pruner. For picking fruits individually rather than using a basket that can reap multiple fruits at once, the Zenport ZL6146B, Mocohana Harvest or the Jasper Telescopic are good options. For those interested in picking berries, we included a berry picker, the Linden Sweden 38404 Jonas, because none of the other models can efficiently pick berries and this one is made to do just that.

Arm fatigue can be a major concern when using fruit pickers particularly for an extended period of time, so we chose lightweight options such as the Eversprout Twist-on, Fly Hawk Tool and the Ohuhu Detachable. Be aware that with lighter materials, there is a trade-off. The pole may bend while you are extending it into a tree or just not feel as sturdy as heavier materials like wood.
