This wiki has been updated 14 times since it was first published in December of 2018. Your tailgate has been steadily growing in popularity the past few seasons, but this year, it's time to take it up a notch. With one of these dual-tap kegerators, you'll be able to quench the thirst of the assembled masses more efficiently, preserving your status as a legend of the parking lot. Just make sure you have enough cups for everyone, so no one tries to drink straight from the spout. When users buy our independently chosen editorial recommendations, we may earn commissions to help fund the Wiki. Editor's Notes

January 26, 2021:

Most kegerators look pretty similar, however there are some minor differences between them that can effect ease of use and application. For example, the Kegco MDK-309SS has its control panel on the exterior, which is very convenient, and it is also digital, allowing for precise temperature control. Conversely, the Danby 5.4-Cubic Foot, which is more affordable, has an analog dial for adjusting the temperature, which is certainly less precise. It is also important to buy a model designed for your specific application and not just base your decision on looks alone. Illustrating this point are the Kegco HK38SSC-2 and EdgeStar KC7000SSTWIN. The former can be used outdoors, thanks to a powerful compressor and stainless steel construction, however the latter can't, despite looking almost exactly the same.

December 13, 2018:

There's really two types of people looking for these: those who want a built-in kegerator/mini fridge, and those who just want a kegerator, preferably one on wheels that can be moved wherever the party is. The latter has many options, as most of these choices come with casters. For those who want the former, a front vent is necessary, as well as an interior tank; however, this does limit its capacity.
