Removed the Farberware Cookware due to availability concerns, along with the GreenPan Lima as it seems to have issues with long-term durability. As its name would suggest, the Oxo Good Grips is designed to be comfortable to use, with contoured handles that won't get hot, and its nonstick coating allows you to use less cooking oil and makes it a breeze to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher. Perhaps the most versatile of the bunch is the Lodge Reversible, which not only has a flat and a ribbed surface, but can be used on almost any cooking surface, including gas, electric, and induction ranges, or even on the grill or over a campfire. For budget-conscious shoppers, the Ecolution Artistry is surprisingly well-made for its price of just over $20. If you don't mind spending a little more, the Scanpan Professional is one of the highest-quality models out there, made from durable and 100% recycled materials, and like the Cooks Standard Nonstick, it's oven-safe to 500°F.
