The options on this list come in a variety of sizes and designs, so you're sure to find one that works for any school, camp, or even competitive league. Editor's Notes

July 07, 2020:

Kickball has been a favorite pastime for generations, and that doesn't look to change any time soon. With that in mind, it might be a good idea to pick yourself up one of the kickballs on this list. This way your children can play it whenever they want with their neighborhood kids, or perhaps you could even get some weekly games going at the park with your friends. Whatever the use, we've made sure to put together varied list so you can find what you are looking for here.

Right off the bat we will point out that kickballs are notorious for popping. The design lends itself to easy punctures from sharp objects since, in order to function properly, the composition requires the skin to be somewhat thin and under a good amount of pressure at all times. That being said, we did our best to find models that are durable enough to stand up to good amount of use, and we also included a few sets that come with multiple balls, so you'll always have a backup on hand. If this latter concept sounds like a good idea to you, then you'll want to look to the AppleRound Playground Set of Four, GoSports Playground Set, and Champion Sports Rhino Skin. The official kickball size is 10 inches in diameter and, in the above options, the GoSports Playground Set and Champion Sports Rhino Skin both come in that size, as well as some other diameters, so you can easily pick one that perfectly suits the needs of adults and children. The AppleRound Playground Set of Four is only available in an 8.5-inch diameter, which makes it a good choice for use with young, elementary school-aged children..

The Champion Sports Rhino Skin stands apart from all the other options on this list due to its unusual construction. Rather than being a simple air-filled bladder, it actually has a low-density foam core. This is because it is actually a dodgeball and specially designed to have a low bounce and to sting less than traditional rubber and PVC options. That being said, while it may not fly as far when it is kicked, it is a great choice for use with kids who are scared of the sting of traditional balls, or who have trouble catching other options.

The Rally and Roar Oversized also stands apart from the rest of the options on this list due to its massive 25-inch diameter, which can add a wonky element of fun to the game, as does the five-inch Crocodile Creek Solar System, which comes in a variety of very fun motifs.

If you are looking for something for regulation play, or simply want your kids to play with the exact same kind of model you used as a child, the Fitness Factor Official Bouncy, Mikasa P1000K, and Sportime Red Rubber Playground all fit the bill.

While some of the options on our list come with a pump, including the Fitness Factor Official Bouncy, AppleRound Playground Set of Four, and Rally and Roar Oversized, you can use pretty much any old bike pump you have lying around to inflate them.
