December 14, 2020:
For this update, we removed half of our previous entries that had been discontinued or were otherwise unavailable.
Since the majority of our picks are designed for 12-inch pizzas, we added an option for those we want to cook larger pies, the Oster Black. This new addition can fit two 16-inch pizzas at once, making this a great choice for families who don’t want to wait for the first pizza to finish before adding the next. Its stainless steel exterior also lets you match it with existing appliances with the same finish.
We also added the Mont Alpi MAPZ, a high-end, propane-fueled option that would be great for those who prefer to entertain outdoors. Its single control knob is straightforward, and the temperature gauge is located right on the door of the unit. If you're interested in more options to use out of the house, this collection of outdoor pizza ovens should provide a good variety to choose from.
We also replaced the discontinued Hamilton Beach 31103A with the Hamilton Beach 31103DA, a similar model but with redesigned control knobs that offer a better grip and are easier to operate. Another new addition, the Betty Crocker BC-2958CR, has a non-stick bottom that allows you to use raw dough, making it a great choice for those who like to cook from scratch.
If you don't already have a tool for slicing up your pizza once it's finished, these rocker knives and pizza cutters could be a good investment.
All of these products reach relatively high temperatures to operate, so you should never allow young children around them unattended.

Researched the Nemco 20, but neglected to include it on the list due to reported safety issues. Was concerned that the Table Top Chefs Pizzarette would only be suitable for very small pizzas, but confirmed that the top is removable, which allows for cooking large ones as well.
