The 6 Best Macebells
This wiki has been updated 28 times since it was first published in October of 2018. If your workout needs a shot in the arm, consider adding a macebell to your routine. They are long sticks with a weight at the end of them, kind of like a round-headed sledgehammer. The off-center weight challenges your body in new ways, while also incorporating smaller muscle groups that might get ignored with traditional exercises. Even better, they make you feel like a Viking warrior.

Editor's Notes
November 05, 2018:
Added the Titan Fitness Loadable in large part due to its ability to adjust the resistance level. This can reduce the need to buy more equipment. Also included the MostFit Core Hammer, even though it's not as stout as the other models, because its rubber head opens up a wide range of training possibilities.
