Since everyone enjoys different aesthetics, and has different space restrictions and requirements, we focused on including a lot variety in the offerings during this update. This resulted in us eliminating a lot of the previous recommendations because they were simply too similar to another model on the list. For example, there was very little separating the Great Deal Sonoma from the Suncrown Garden, so we decided to keep the latter because of the more decorative curtain hooks and slightly darker fabric, which is less likely to show dirt. Likewise, the Sunjoy Summer Breeze didn't have any features that made it stand out from the rest, and considering it didn't include curtains or netting yet costs roughly the same price as the Suncrown Garden, which includes both of those, we didn't see any reason to keep it.
A new addition this year is the Sunjoy Chapman, which we like for its cedar wood posts and hard top that make it extremely durable. As you might expect, this is very important for something that will be left outside everyday and exposed to all kinds of weather conditions. Speaking of changing weather, we added the Purple Leaf Pergola specifically for that reason. It has a retractable canopy, so you can get shade or protection from the rain when you want it, and open the roof for a bit of sunshine on those colder days.
If you love plants and adding other decorative items to your outdoor space, you'll want to look at the Sunjoy Regency II. It features shelves on its posts that are great for displaying foliage or other items, and it also has loops at each corner of the roof to hang lights, planters, or anything you else you might like.
When it comes to providing coverage to a large area, the ABCCanopy Double immediately stands out. While most others come in 10 x 10, 12 x 12, and similar sizes, the ABCCanopy Double measures an expansive 10 x 20 feet, making it the best option for accommodating big groups of people.

Though simplistic in design, I thought the Sunjoy Summer Breeze was a worthy option due to its ease of assembly and unobtrusive footprint. Also added the Mastercanopy Bermuda as a great option for use in hot climates, thanks to its breathable fabrics and flame-resistant design. Even though the Gazelle G6 isn't constructed of steel or iron, the convenient pop-up design sets up in under 1 minute, making it a great choice for traveling purposes. Finally, included the Quictent Metal for its bright red color and sturdy rounded feet that can easily accommodate both ground stakes and bolts for stability.
