In today’s update, we added the Crosley Furniture Elliot to the selection. This substantial piece can serve as a kitchen island and is made up of a natural wood top and a hand-rubbed, multi-step finish. It can store plenty of your essentials like flatware, utensils, and towels in its four middle drawers and two side cabinets. It also features holders for kitchen towels or paper towels, as well as a handy spice rack. The sturdy casters help you move it around your home easily, as needed. It joins a couple of other pieces on the list by the same manufacturer: The Crosley Furniture Cuisine looks somewhat similar, but is a much smaller design, with raised panel doors and an attractive finish in your choice of white, black, or mahogany. If you’re in search of a model with a granite countertop, check out the Crosley Furniture Granite, which is available with or without a set of two upholstered stools that can be stored easily underneath the countertop if you choose to remove the middle slotted shelf. Our two top choices will give you the closest experience to a built-in kitchen island without the cost of installing one. The Home Styles Create-a-Cart and the Home Styles Liberty are both very roomy on top and in the amount of cabinet space they provide.
The Create-a-Cart gives the homeowner the choice to customize the kind of countertop they get. The Liberty is not as versatile but the drop leaf gives the user the choice to leave the leaf up and create an instant breakfast bar.
While all of these carts provide the flexibility to move them where they are needed, the user also has the option to leave the casters off for a more permanent, finished look.
