Editor's Notes

May 18, 2020:

When you take a look at one of these rolling carts, you might think there isn't all that much to them. However, the fact is that these storage solutions serve many functions in a variety of settings. For example, maybe your toddler needs a convenient place to store his toy blocks so they don't end up all over the bedroom floor or you need a place to display food and wine. Perhaps you're trying to reduce clutter in your home office by putting your printers and fax machines somewhere other than a crowded desktop. Whatever the circumstances may be, you can depend on these mobile structures to keep things neat and tidy. We've added a number of options that are suitable for use in kitchens, offices, classrooms, studios, and bedrooms.

Thanks to its rubber wood top and drop-leaf design, we feel the Home Styles Liberty is worthy of consideration. Its white finish also blends in well with modern kitchen decor.

The 14 translucent bins on the Honey-Can-Do Rolling offer plenty of space for holding art and craft supplies, while the top surface can be used as an additional workspace. For the home chef, we've added the elegant Winsome Eva with a large pullout drawer for storing utensils and a smooth countertop well-suited for rolling dough.

The interchangeable shelves on the Seville Classics Black make it versatile enough to be used as a tool chest in the garage or hub for storing cosmetics and office supplies.

We've also included the Pearington Commercial as a heavy-duty option for bulky computer and projector equipment, which comes in handy in most classroom environments. This cart also has a retractable keyboard platform for interactive presentations.

Capable of supporting up to 500 pounds, the Seville Classics 3-Tier reminds of me of those carts you might see being pushed by waiters in a restaurant as they try to tempt you with delicious desserts on display. Its exterior chrome finish can withstand harsh outdoor environments.

Finally, the ECR4Kids Organizer offers adjustable shelving that can accommodate anything from tall potted plants to a child's toys.
